La mia passione per il Märklin risale a quando ero piccolino: allora avevo un’ovale, su cui girava la BR  89. Era il periodo dei grandi sogni, che erano belli anche perché si realizzavano poco per volta e molti rimanevano nel cassetto e non c’era altro che stare a fantasticare davanti ai cataloghi. Poi per molti anni la mia bella ferrovia, che montavo e smontavo su una tavola di truciolato su cui avevo steso un piano erboso, rimase chiusa in una scatola, finché cinque anni fa ho ripreso in mano il tutto, perché la nostalgia mi aveva catturato. E con l’onda dei ricordi, è ritornata anche la passione mai sopita e da lì ho ricominciato a fare sogni e progetti e ho costruito il mio plastico.

L’ambientazione è di epoca III - IV, area tedesca: vi operano due stazioni, l’una, principale, di passaggio e l’altra, secondaria, di testa. Vi è una zona industriale ed un’altra in cui è in piena attività una cava di pietra. Le industrie (vi è anche una falegnameria) smistano i loro prodotti attraverso la stazione principale, nella quale opera una gru (la 7051).

Ho locomotive sia analogiche sia digitali, sistema che mi sta affascinando moltissimo.

My passion for the Märklin goes back when I was a child: then I had an oval, on which  turned the BR 89. It was the period of the great dreams. They were beautiful also because they were come true little for time and many remained day-dreams and there was neither that to build castles in the air in front of catalogues. Then for many years my beautiful railroad, that I assembled and dismantled on a table on which I had spread a grassy plan, remained closed in one wood-box, until five years ago I have resumed in hand all, because yearning for my dreams had captured me. And with the wave of the memories, it is returned also the passion never dulled and then I have restarted to make dreams and plans and have constructed my layout. Milieu is of age III/IV, German area: two stations is operating , one, main, transit and the other, branch, terminal. There is an industrial zone and an other in which stone quarry is in full activity. The industries (there is also a carpentry) shunt their products through the main station, in which a crane (the 7051) operates. I have locomotives either analogic or digital. This system  fascinates me very much.
